Jaguar and Landrover increase Sales

Thursday, June 7th, 2012

Jaguar Land Rover Ireland has achieved significant growth in 2012 with combined sales of
over 800 vehicles up to the end of May – an increase of 39.7% versus the same
period last year.
This growth is extremely encouraging given that new car sales for the industry as a whole
are down by 8.7%.
The sales increase is mainly owed to the phenomenal response received from
customers and media to the two award-winning models on offer from each brand –
the Jaguar XF 2.2 Diesel and the all- new Range Rover Evoque.
Commenting on the positive sales figures, Gerard O’Farrell, Managing Director of Jaguar
Land Rover Ireland
said: “The increased demand for both Jaguar and Land Rover demonstrates the unique
desirability and strength of our products. And with pricing starting from just
€39,000 for the Range Rover Evoque and €44,820 for the Jaguar XF, there has
never been a better time to consider Jaguar and Land Rover.”
